Our Spirituality
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring glad tidings to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, and to proclaim a year acceptable to the Lord (Lk 4,18-19).”
We consider Gospel of Jesus Christ as the only supreme rule, accept
Lk 4,18-19 as our vocation. Reflecting these, we devote our beings to the Lord
God.
Following the third order of the regular of Saint Francis, we live
especially with St. Francis’s humanity, spirit of service, and pious belief.
Also as we try to reveal the glory of Jesus Christ, we cooperate for in
missionary work and serve the poor, the sick, and people in need. In this way
we devote ourselves to missions directly and indirectly. So according to the
teaching of the Holy Church, we vow to observe three evangelical virtues,
having the right and the duties the law regulates, and to live the life to
follow Jesus Christ.
Saint Mary accepts Jesus Christ, put her life in the providence divine, and lived with Jesus. So the community devotes our lives to Jesus through missionary work and service; our lives should be encouraged and inspired by the Holy Eucharist and contemplation.
